Stormy Seas

Walking towards the Lighthouse

Walking towards the Lighthouse

Standing alone

Standing alone

A storm was just dying down as we arrived in Long Beach at the Pacific Rim National Park on Wednesday.

Approaching the lighthouse.

Approaching the lighthouse.

We walked the Amphitrite Lighthouse Loop of the Wild Pacific Trail.

A wonderful mix of forest and shoreline;  Wind swept trees and rocky shore vie for attention.

Pounding into shore.

Pounding into shore.

There were combers beating down the rocks of the shoreline.

Can you imagine it in Full Storm Mode?

Can you imagine it in Full Storm Mode?

The good weather is approaching.

The good weather is approaching.

As we walked around the point we could see the good weather blowing in.

Today is another stormy day!  I wonder what it looks like at Pacific Rim Park?

Enjoy the Storm Watching!
