Sophie’s’ Nemesis

A big black squirrel has taken up residence in the tall trees next door.  Sophie is extremely interested in the doings of this squirrel.  She has just spent the last half hour running from deck to back yard – trying to keep an eye on her.

Sophie watching the trees this morning. Looking for that pesky squirrel?

We have been watching the squirrel strip tree back to take back to her nest.  I think that she is the biggest squirrel I have ever seen!  Sophie just thinks that she is down right irritating!

What do you think?

  1. My dog is also named Sophie and she also hates squirrels. She feels she should be allowed to kill them all. I have never allowed her to give in to her feelings on this matter.

We have 2 black squirrels visiting our garden and eating the bird seed and suet. Sophie would have crossed eyes watching them both. 🙂

  3. Ria Gibson says:

Love the look on her face. That squirrel will tease her relentlessly as soon as she figures out that Sophie can’t get to her. Poor Sophie will have a very busy time.
